does eservers billing work? |
| We
will process your application and contact you with directions for
accessing your new vserver within 24 hours. (or
on Monday if this is a weekend) Normally your first
payment will be prorata from setup day until the end of the month,
and be due immediately. All accounts are monthly in advance,
and fall due on the first of the month. We accept cheques
in Australian Dollars, or credit cards (Mastercard, Visa, Aust or
NZ Bankcard only) via our secure payment facility. |

We have the
integrity of our other clients' vservers to protect, not to mention
our reputation as good netizens.

does not accept sites for hosting that are "adult"
in content, or that promote any illegal or undesirable activity.
eservers
reserves the right to determine what is "undesirable"
and to terminate your vserver after one admonition.
- Spamming
is strictly prohibited. If we find you are sending
mass unsolicited email, or directing people to an eservers
hosted domain using spam email, you have violated the terms
of our agreement, and your vserver will be deleted forthwith.
There will be no refund.
- We require
30 days written notice before closure of an eservers
virtual server account.

30-day money back guarantee:
If you are unsatisfied with your eservers
virtual server for any reason you need to request a refund from
accounts@eservers.com.au
by the 30th day from your setup day. Your first payment will
normally be prorata until the end of the month, and your second
would therefore become due within the 30 days. However,
your refund would be the total of all monies paid for a vserver
and possibly setup of a shopping cart in the case of a Level One
vserver if this option is chosen. If you have paid by Credit
Card the refund would be by a credit to your card of the same amount
of Australian Dollars that eservers
had received. |
